The history of three nations – Poles, Jews and Germans is what adds to the exceptionality of our commune. The extensive ethic panorama points to dialogue and tolerance as indispensable values. These values are of even greater significance in the face of our access to the European Union.

I am deeply convinced that given our enormous human resources and investment-friendly municipal management we will soon head for dynamic economic development. My hope is also that increasing recreational value of Aleksandrów Łódzki will evoke broad interest of tourists.
